Our Story Began in Atlanta
Sean McKinney founded Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling in Atlanta with the belief that customers should be able to reach a heating and cooling company that listens to their needs and takes its work seriously.
Today, our College Park base connects us with customers throughout the Atlanta area. Our services cover air conditioning, heating, heat pumps, indoor air quality, and water heaters.
